Salon Policies

To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our salon policies before your appointment.

Booking & Deposits

All appointments are to be booked through www.5thavenuestudio.ca along with a non refundable deposit. The deposit is used to secure and confirm your appointment for that specific date and time. Deposits vary for each service and will be deducted from the final total of your appointment.

Cancelling & Rescheduling

You may make changes to your appointment up until 12 hours before your appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule after the 12-hour mark, you will need to contact the salon and it will result in a lost deposit for non-emergency situations. 

Running Late

We have a grace period of 15 minutes from the start of your appointment time. If you arrive past 15 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
We are often working back to back, so we don’t always have the ability to accommodate for that lost time.

Lash Insurance

After every lash service, we offer a 72-hour grace period for any issues or problems that might occur. If there is no communication with your lash artist within those hours, a complimentary touch-up may not be granted.

Guests

You are welcome to bring up to 1 guest to your service. We ask that you please advise the salon prior to your appointment time if you are bringing along another person. We do not allow unnattended children while a service is taking place.

No-Shows

We take the time to set up and prepare our space for your service. Please respect our time and let us know if you need to cancel/reschedule prior to your appointment. If you no-call/no-show your appointment, you may not be welcomed for future bookings or you will be required to pay 100% of your total appointment cost in order to book again.Â
