Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all lash accessories are eligible for exchange only if the item is defective or incorrect. All exchange items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened items cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
